La cucina di Ivan deriva dall’esperienze in giro per l’Europa, Inghilterra, Germania, Nord Italia ma soprattutto dalla sua regione, la Sicilia.
Combinazioni originali tra i sapori, i profumi e i prodotti tipici della tradizione mediterranea, per poi ricrearli nei piatti che propone ogni giorno.
Le sue ricette sono basate sul suo gusto e sulla sua esperienza. Per questo hanno quel sapore “di casa” che le rende nuove e familiari al tempo stesso.
